Wish they would change on what you can get been the same items for awhile it's been at least 3 years of the same stuff

I ordered a reward for the very first time from Winston. It never showed up.

It took me a very long time to earn 5,000 points and cashed out immediately for a reward. They said it was delivered without a confirmation number to provide to me. They didnt offer a replacement. What a horrible business.

I wont be buying anything else from them or participating in the rewards anymore.

I have been ordering rewards from Marlboro, Copenhagen, and many more and have never had an issue with receiving my rewards in the mail. Horrible customer service!

Awesome, and I will never sue for smoking Winston's. I started smoking Winston's at an early age starting in Cape Carteret, North Carolina.

I was stuck in a hospital, no internet access was to close to certain machines, mobiles weren't allowed, they removed all my rewards yrs of saving, was trying for to save for a big item. Even after telling them what happen they said 100 points in return for my 25 thousand stolen points was all I could have. No

Redeemed points for a $20 coupon pack 4 weeks went by emailed them they to allow 6 weeks. 6 weeks went by emailed again they sais to be patient.

I noticed they refunded the point to my account after 2 months, Ordered another $20 coupon pack the end of May still waiting but my $2 coupons come twice a month without fail . Don't bother calling the 800 number higher than normal call volume because nobody is getting their stuff

Issue is i ended up trying to get one of those e gift cards. Long story short i spent my points not realizing that there was only 3 to choose from (which I never use).

I was thinking Cool I'll get one for Walmart no,not quite. I lost those points. My main problem is that they only let you use the 3 they have. Tricked me Winston rewards, Preciate Cha, This is the only problem i ever had.

2 other orders and no problem at all. It did *** me off though.

I tried to redeem coupon codes for a gift card, but nothing comes up on rewards redemption. Why is this happening?

I tried to enter my 30 Code Pack for the month of February, and it is showing that they were already entered. Sent an email to fix this issue so I can enter my 30-pack codes for this month.

What happened to the smooth, enjoyable quality that Winston had not too long ago? I remember it with the Winston Select as well, but for the past year and a half, they have become more unpleasant to smoke.

I have resorted to a roll-your-own setup where I find the smooth, enjoyable quality more favorable than paying through the nose to support IJR or whatever they are now. All my years, I never thought Winston would stoop as low as using floor shavings in their products.

When I go to enter codes on the website, the page resets and tells me to reset chrome or reset my phone

I exchanged my boxtops for Paper coupons, which i recieved yesterday..went to seperate them and they expired 12/31/24 ... Would you please send me 20$ coupons that arent expired.winston email reply was send you 10000 points so you can get more coupons but no points yet after 5 days.
