Well, on the first day, I pulled out a cigarette, and just the filter came out. Then, when it was time to smoke it, I got another one out instead, and then my cigarette fell out of the filter.

Never Received my Reward

I ordered a reward for the very first time from Winston. It never showed up.

It took me a very long time to earn 5,000 points and cashed out immediately for a reward. They said it was delivered without a confirmation number to provide to me. They didnt offer a replacement. What a horrible business.

I wont be buying anything else from them or participating in the rewards anymore.

I have been ordering rewards from Marlboro, Copenhagen, and many more and have never had an issue with receiving my rewards in the mail. Horrible customer service!

Not receiving coupon Packs

Redeemed points for a $20 coupon pack 4 weeks went by emailed them they to allow 6 weeks. 6 weeks went by emailed again they sais to be patient.

I noticed they refunded the point to my account after 2 months, Ordered another $20 coupon pack the end of May still waiting but my $2 coupons come twice a month without fail . Don't bother calling the 800 number higher than normal call volume because nobody is getting their stuff

Stealing my 25,000 points

Issue is i ended up trying to get one of those e gift cards. Long story short i spent my points not realizing that there was only 3 to choose from (which I never use).

I was thinking Cool I'll get one for Walmart no,not quite. I lost those points. My main problem is that they only let you use the 3 they have. Tricked me Winston rewards, Preciate Cha, This is the only problem i ever had.

2 other orders and no problem at all. It did *** me off though.

They cheated me, a loyal consumer, on my codes I entered and then committed an even more foul act-tried covering it up.(see pics)

*anyone who can count -see pics and note how many it says in small print I entered below the pic saying enter pack codes (9/30) and compare to the 18 i entered on the floor. Note I successfully entered each one and received the confirmation message each time as I frequently use site and this feature enough to be cautious of ensuring they're entered and accepted.

There was none rejected!

While trying to redeem my pack codes routinely as I do periodically maybe once a month I entered over two dozen codes and my balance went from 7,500 points to 8,900 points. I immediately noticed something was wrong please note I checked the status of each code ensuring that it was accepted and I was awarded 200 points for each one there was no mistakes in the redemption according to the notes after submitting them however the total points had not gone up the amount it should have per the pax I entered and the acceptance notes.

Later I went back to the screen and seen that it stated I only entered nine packs this is a file act if you asked me considering the fact I just entered two dozen at least and got the confirmation and acceptance of each pack I entered those who use the site know what I'm talking about. And they tried to say I only entered nine this is a flattering insult to me and it's a shot at a smoker someone physically addicted to smoking a cigarette who has not much money and collects pack codes to be cheated by a tobacco Giant corporation for something so petty.

Spoke to customer service, they said "some of" the points can take 24-48 hours to show up on your rewards account. I checked after 2 days and found this to be true.

Winston Cigarettes Rewards has been down for eight days, going on nine. I called the customer service line, and the man who answered the phone was rude to me in many ways, then told me the site was down for routine maintenance and said it would be back up tomorrow.

Thanks, Captain Obvious, for pointing out what the site states. That was four days ago. I don't complain much, but this is terrible business practice. There was no warning on the page prior to the website going down for maintenance, and nobody at this point can use their points for items or receive coupons, nor can they order any coupons.

I switched from Marlboro to Winston because of the coupons to save some money.

Now because of this, I just switched back to Marlboro. You don't receive as good of coupons, but their rewards site has never failed me for coupons or rewards.

I only received another email stating that my Stanley Mechanics Tool Set is being processed and will be shipped to your address listed on your Winston Rewards account! Please expect to receive within 4-6 weeks.I used my points to claim this gift on September 1,2024. They are adding another 4-6 weeks which means now it's taking 8-12 weeks if I even receive it.

42 yrs smoker of Winston reds

What happened to the smooth, enjoyable quality that Winston had not too long ago? I remember it with the Winston Select as well, but for the past year and a half, they have become more unpleasant to smoke.

I have resorted to a roll-your-own setup where I find the smooth, enjoyable quality more favorable than paying through the nose to support IJR or whatever they are now. All my years, I never thought Winston would stoop as low as using floor shavings in their products.

I definitely agree about the quality of Winston now! I am paying $75 a carton, for loose rolled cigarettes that won't stay lit due to the fact of less tobacco in the cigarette.

Which gives them a harsh taste because your mainly smoking paper! Not a happy consumer!!!

Expired coupons
