Winston Cigarettes Rewards has been down for eight days, going on nine. I called the customer service line, and the man who answered the phone was rude to me in many ways, then told me the site was down for routine maintenance and said it would be back up tomorrow.
Thanks, Captain Obvious, for pointing out what the site states. That was four days ago. I don't complain much, but this is terrible business practice. There was no warning on the page prior to the website going down for maintenance, and nobody at this point can use their points for items or receive coupons, nor can they order any coupons.
I switched from Marlboro to Winston because of the coupons to save some money.
Now because of this, I just switched back to Marlboro. You don't receive as good of coupons, but their rewards site has never failed me for coupons or rewards.

Preferred solution: I want an apology of some form or a statement on their website about what is happening other than down for regular maintenance and points for the inconvenience.

I tried to enter my 30 Code Pack for the month of February, and it is showing that they were already entered. Sent an email to fix this issue so I can enter my 30-pack codes for this month.

What happened to the smooth, enjoyable quality that Winston had not too long ago? I remember it with the Winston Select as well, but for the past year and a half, they have become more unpleasant to smoke.
I have resorted to a roll-your-own setup where I find the smooth, enjoyable quality more favorable than paying through the nose to support IJR or whatever they are now. All my years, I never thought Winston would stoop as low as using floor shavings in their products.

Website fails
When I go to enter codes on the website, the page resets and tells me to reset chrome or reset my phone

I exchanged my boxtops for Paper coupons, which i recieved yesterday..went to seperate them and they expired 12/31/24 ... Would you please send me 20$ coupons that arent expired.winston email reply was send you 10000 points so you can get more coupons but no points yet after 5 days.

I ordered egift card 3 months ago and still no reward. But yet, they since sent out emails wanting people to order "new" products from their rewards... How is it they can make new rewards promotions, but can't fulfill their previous rewards?

It might be the best thing to happen to me, as I have cut down on smoking, and I keep going, as trying to quit , so your coupons site being down the whole month of June might be the best thing to happen to me. I

You redeem points that takes a few months to save up, then trade them points for rewards, and after redeeming 12,500 for a $25 ecard you receive a email saying it will be in your email in 1-2 weeks. That was 2 months ago and still no ecard.
After talking to my sister, she also has been waiting longer than I have. Why is it so difficult for Winston to send a ecard? Walmart, Xfinity, Marlboro and others take less than an hour, or instantaneous.
What good is saving the points and redeeming them? I think I'll switch to Marlboro, at least there the points i save up, I'll actually get what I exchange them for.

You spend months collecting points and when you want to collect your rewards they say is going to be in two weeks,had been a month and nothing yet. I believe this is a false advertising or promotion because not even the coupons accepted in stores.. These is BS..And the customer service sucks

I called and got nothing more than another question cant a real live person answer calls! Go USA lets take more jobs away from law abiding citizens who pay taxes for services we dont get, how simple is it to get real customer service?

I haven’t been able to access my mobile coupons or acct for that matter for over a wk And what’s the deal with a carton on Winston being over $70??!!!! and that’s when I’m able to use a coupon!!!!
Totally agree! At $9 per pack, I bought a bag of tobacco and some tubes, there is a slight difference but not much
